HQ, Overview, and Work each solve a different problem.

HAL gets easier to use once you separate business visibility from project focus and project execution.

HQ

HQ is the account-level surface. It rolls up focus, risks, integration state, and priorities across projects so a founder can quickly understand where attention should go.

Overview

Overview is the default project landing page. It shows the current focus lane, the evidence behind it, and the top recommended actions without forcing the user into chat.

Work

Work is the execution workspace. Once the current focus is clear, Work holds initiatives, drafts, approved actions, and outcome tracking.

Use HQ for prioritization

Open HQ when you need to decide which project or business area deserves founder attention first.

Use Overview for clarity

Open Overview when you need to understand what matters now inside one project and why the system picked it.

Use Work for follow-through

Open Work when you are turning the plan into approved tasks, drafts, and finished outcomes.
