What counts as an AI suggestion?
One AI-generated draft reply. Drafts you edit still count as one. Deflection answers and priority classification are included, not metered.
Can I cancel or change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from the billing portal — changes apply at the next cycle, yearly plans get 2 months free.
Where is my data stored?
In the EU. GDPR tooling, one-click export, and a 30-day deletion grace period are included on every plan.
