Concepts

The operator loop is how HAL stays useful without becoming noisy.

HAL watches support, sales, and Work, then narrows that data into one active focus lane plus a small number of approval-gated actions.

The loop

1. Collect signals

Support backlog, CRM stage movement, GTM output, and operating context become structured inputs.

2. Pick one focus

HAL chooses one lane at a time so the user is not given a flat list of equally plausible ideas.

3. Propose actions

Recommendations are approval-gated. HAL prepares tasks, drafts, and summaries instead of executing externally by itself.

4. Learn from feedback

Approve, edit, dismiss, snooze, and complete all shape later recommendation quality.

What HAL optimizes for

HAL is tuned for balanced growth across support, sales, and GTM-oriented work. It is not a product-engineering orchestrator and it is not a fully autonomous agent.

Why approvals matter

Approval gates keep the system useful for founders and small teams. HAL can be proactive without overreaching or producing unbounded automation risk.
