AI is disclosed to visitors, optional for them, and never trained on your conversations. Your team reviews AI replies by default, and anything automatic is something you switch on.

Account deletion
Owners can delete the account from settings. It is switched off at once and can be restored for 30 days; then all its data is permanently erased, and backups roll off within 30 days after that.
Real portability
